My daughter Kristen just got married and I can not say enough wonderful things regarding Randi and her team at Polished. We were so fortunate to have them be part of the special day. My daughter could not have been more beautiful. All the girls in the wedding party looked stunning!!! On the hottest day this summer (yes 93 degrees) they all looked flawless. Their hair and make-up lasted. I also appreciated Randi and her team as they wanted the day to go smoothly. She even traveled to us!!! Thank you Polished!!! I made an appointment with Randi after I had seen some of her work online..amazing with highlights…I am a natural redhead but have preferred to be more of a strawberry blonde for a bit now. Randi does great work..above and beyond..she gave me 3 hours of much needed pampering. I read their “menu” of options later..very extensive. Will definitely return.

I had my hair cut by a new stylist there and she did a terrible job. I had to tell her where to cut. Ask her to use clippers, thinning shears and even to shave my neck! She forgot her clippers in her car and had to go get them and then told me she just used them on her dad! Will never go there again.

I paid 200 dollars to get my hair done and and the color all washed out after 1 day and turned green after 2. They agreed to redo it but I asked for my money back instead. They refused. Then proceeded to tell me that I could get it done again but it would be an additional charge. I will never be going there again and I suggest no one else go there either for any color that you want to stay.
